Homemade Pretzels

  • 1 tbsp. yeast

  • 1 tbsp. honey or sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp. salt

  • 1 & 1/3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Add honey or sugar. Add salt. Knead all ingredients together. Make any design you like with the dough on waxed paper. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
