Upon creation of the Association, it was decided to meet bi-annually every year. The intention was to discuss happenings that are going on within the association and ideas for events and outreaches throughout the year. Over the years it has morphed into a winter meeting and a summer convention. The winter meeting is typically held in the Saratoga area and the summer convention has changed in the last few years. The summer convention now alternates around the State every other year.
**Important update: it was voted all further summer conventions on even years will be held on the first Monday and Tuesday of August every year going forward. This is so people can plan ahead and know when the event is every year. Every other odd year moving forward, the summer meeting will be paired with the HOL golf tournament.
